    Lesson for the day:
    100 calorie intake is a piece of cake, to burn those extra calories need to put in more extra effort.

    That is quite a lot!! Too much sugar in such a small piece..
    Have trouble already losing weight!!

    Piece of Cake - I used it as an idiom. Getting extra 100 calories in snacking is easy breezy but to burn those extra calories requires lot of work. I am trying not to gain more wt.
