    No 'April Fool'. I really want to loose weight. I see all the journey have started already. Not sure where can I pitch-in. So I thought of starting our own journey.

    Any ILs who are ready to join me in this journey please join.

    I really need to loose weight as am going out of control. I have started and framed plans a lot of times but have not been able to keep it up. I would like to join you and keep motivating each other so that we could all stay ffit

    I really have hard time sticking to my diet:worried::facepalm:
    Lets motivate each other on our diet and daily workout plan...
    Let me see whether am sticking to the schedule or not..:biggrin:

    I am also in...I checked my weight today and got a massive attack :screamcat:. I have put on 2 Kg more.
    So planning for a very strict diet cutting short the coffees and fried items..
    Lets travel together dears..

    Aim for this week: avoid coffee and fried items completely..

    I got that massive attack long back Rith :lol::facepalm:
    Increase of almost 4 to 5 kgs!!
    Will be very happy even if I shed 2 kgs!!! :pensive:
