    I am new here.. am due on october 2015. just wndering if there is already a club for this.. if not lets make one :)

    My due date is Oct 9 :)
    M in my 14th week . Done with 2 scans . Next is scheduled in may end
    Wat abt u??

    Oh nice. I had one in 8th week and one in 13th week for genetic screening. Next doctor visit is on 15th week, that's April 23rd... Waiting eagerly :).. How's your health ??

    My health is fine now. My nausea n mrning sickness are slowing down
    My next doc visit on may 2nd
    How is ur health ?
    Are u following any specific diet ?

    Hi... My health is also better now. But I feel nauseous when ever am hungry... So need to make sure I eat on time.. No specific diet.. Just making sure I eat fruits everyday without fail.. Also earlier I used to eat dry fruits but now am hating almonds, walnuts and all. If u can eat, then eat dry fruits everyday inc dates.. And 8-10 cups water.. Eat egg white if u can...

    Hi,
    My due date is also in oct 2015.
    I am taking dates, some fruits. But I don't like to eat almonds and walnuts. I hope once nausea goes..I can have different kinds of dry fruits.

    Yeah its the same with me feeling nauseous when stomach is empty, so max i keep eating frequently so nausea has reduced a bit. Yes i am having dry fruits , fruits daily & egg twice or thrice a week. Include greens & spinach in your diet.
    Have you started showing bump ???

    Yes once nausea is completely gone , we can have all kind of healthy foods.

    hi ... conratulations... today i tried adding a dressing to some nuts and walnuts.. and i loved it.. i know the sauce causes more calories, but if it makes me eat healthy, i am happy :) u guys can try it out too..

    hi... actually few days i have a bug tummy and few days its slightly lesser.. so i thought i just look fat bcoz of gas or extra bloating.. so i have no idea if this is bump :) :) what about u ? have u started showing ?

    I am craving a lot of junkkkk foood.... like cheese, french fries.... and its very difficult to control... :(
