Buddies Required! Lose a kg for a month! March 2015

    Hello every one! Welcome to March!
    Let us embrace the mighty march with our enthusiasm and commitment.
    Out minimum target- 1 kg loss

    I want to see the same determination all of us showing in every month beginning until the month end...no matter how our journey is.

    We will share our efforts and stories by the end of the month to make it interesting...
    some how or the other it will create a spark in other's minds...

    Our weighing days:
    March 1
    March 10
    March 20
    March 31

    I will consolidate once by the end of march to keep track of our progress...
    Hereby I have attached the spread sheet. please fill the datas here, so we can look at our work for this whole year.

    Point system:
    We will divide the whole month into 3 phases:
    Phase 1 - First 10 days
    Phase 2 - second 10 days
    Phase 3 - Last 11 days

    We raise our individual challenges and assign 1 point for a day if we follow them completely. If partially followed reduce points accordingly.




    Teams:
    Team 1: 50 to 55 kg
    Team 2: 55 to 60 kg
    Team 3: 60 to 70 kg
    Team 4: Above 70 kg

    We place ourselves in the respective teams, based on our current weight.
