2015 March 100 mile walk..

    We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.

    you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...

    Join with us and appreciate , support, motivate, guide others...

    Happy walking....

    All our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...

    Some how inspite of busy last 3-4 days, managed to finish the 100miles Feb target, thanks for motivating..

    Hope this month too will do the same...feeling really refreshed after doing my workouts daily.

    Me too in..was part of this club until April and had to leave because of pregnancy.
    Now I am back , will be 6 week PP (C-section) on Monday, to be back on shape.

    I might not be able to complete 100 miles as need to start exercise slowly (will start with 1 Miles LS walk)
