1 Month Challenge for better ME --- My Plan

    I want to concentrate on overall change Rather than Just weight loss or waist reduction for December month ...

    My weekly plan is to
    1) Do breathing technique or suryanamaskar first thing in Morning ( Daily )

    2) Omega -3 fish oil supplement for glowing skin and hair

    3) Slow jogging for 3days/week ( Monday / Wednesday / Friday )

    4) weight training/ Abs workout for 2Days/week ( tuesday / thusday )

    5) Fruit Feast for 1day / week to take my weight to 48kg ( Monday or thusday )

    6) Facial and Hair Spa ( every Sunday)

    7) Almond oil for under eye dark circle ( Daily )

    8) Facial yoga For wrinkle free face ( Daily )

    9) Moisturizer before sleep ( Daily )

    PS: Will complete all things for a week even if i dont follow the time or specific Day

    Maybe you can add learning something new everyday to the list, or maybe begin a new good habit, like reading the newspaper daily if you dont already..or blogging something every week or every 3 days

    I will join here and post regularly. I am not doing good both in eating and working.
    My goals are:

    Replace white rice with brown rice for 5 days.
    Include oats everyday.
    Eat fruits/soups for 4 nights in a week.
    Fruit diet hmm...I am not sure but will try not to eat rice on Thursdays.
    Care for face/skin/hair (go u follow some videos SGA...do give the link)
    Study for my exam atleast 30 min/day.
    Whoa......My list is big...
    Yeah Yeah...I remember ....Do workouts 6 days/week.
    Bad me...not even doing the simple things....:bonk

    I know you will be very regular in your plan. So sticking with you to get atleast half of your discipline and commitment. :biggrin2:

    I will update the next Morning about my previous day. SGA do BASH me nicely if I am not regular.

    So you would have got nice compliments in the wedding :) You were looking beautiful...I loved your dress and accessories too...
