    Hi

    Dear Prathi,

sorry for the late reply. I wasn't visiting the site regularly as my friend's Dad passed away and I was spending a lot of time with her and my daughter also wasn't keeping well and I just couldn't access mails often.

now for the recipes - the brinjal dish that is served with jolata roti served in Kamat restaurants, maybe its the same - stuffed brinjals. If you have the recipe pls do post it.

I too liked the taste of bonda soup. Its the first time I had such a dish. for others it was an ordinary dish but I liked it so much. Pls do see if you can source out that recipe.

You are doing a wonderful job, Prathi. Keep it up, dear!!!!!!!!!!

    say hi to deepthi!!

    HI Meena,

In Bangalore we have a samsung. Its good. All these years, I had a sanyo microwave with Convection oven (OTG) which is no more working and its tough to get things repaired here. Me too planning to buy a new microwave here.

Food processor, i have kenwood. That is pretty useful, esp to cut onions. U can grate and slice pretty well too. I donno if you get the same brand in india. Philips is supposed to be good too. In bangalore i have seen in bangalore central and udaya home world some of these philips food processors. I donno in mysore dear.

    Hope this helps.

    Hope this helps

I would suggest Kenwood because i am happy with it!!! In the food processor i have, we have some attachments - grater, citrus juicer, whipper, chopper, slicer. You just have a look at all the features u need. When u go to the shop ask them for the manual so that u can know in detail about the features.

samsung MW we have is 24 ltrs.

    Thanks for the feedback

    Dear meenu,

Thanks for the feedback. I am humbled to be counted after Mrs. Chithra.
I am just trying to do my part by posting whatever i have learnt from my mother, mil and what i do at home. Infact, mudhu palya is the only recipe that i posted without having tried myself.
