Hi Dear Prathi, sorry for the late reply. I wasn't visiting the site regularly as my friend's Dad passed away and I was spending a lot of time with her and my daughter also wasn't keeping well and I just couldn't access mails often. now for the recipes - the brinjal dish that is served with jolata roti served in Kamat restaurants, maybe its the same - stuffed brinjals. If you have the recipe pls do post it. I too liked the taste of bonda soup. Its the first time I had such a dish. for others it was an ordinary dish but I liked it so much. Pls do see if you can source out that recipe. You are doing a wonderful job, Prathi. Keep it up, dear!!!!!!!!!!
