Tips on " Rocket Dosai". Make a golden brown roast dosai ( no: 65 in tiffins thread). Do not turn over. Make a cut on the radius at any point. Swirl over to form a “ rocket” shape. Serve with any side dish. The photo shows it with korda & chutney.
various sections of my kitchen - kitchen 5 This is opposite the microwave - drain board, plate rack, drinking water are kept.
your sparkling & attractive kitchen Dear Chitra, I thought you'd post one snap of ur kitchen but so sweet of you to post diff sections of it. I know you've covered ur kitchen completely - end to end. Now we know the secret of your success. Its a well built and user friendly kitchen. You've your baking area away from ur usual cooking and other gadgets like mixer, hand blender, etc. have their own place and having a seperate plug-in for all the gadgets is a good idea. Everytime, I see these pictures, I learn something new out of it. thanks Chitra, thank you so much for sharing these pictures with us. Could u pls tell me about the colourful kadais that you've hung up onto the hooks. they look attractive. Pls do breif on them.
My kitchen accepts your thanks ! Dear Meena, The kadais are ceramic & are microwavable. I use them as serving bowls as well ! I bought them from Cottage Industries Emporium. I simply could'nt resist buying them ! Love, Chithra.
