    Roti Maker.

Mine is Tortilla Roti maker. Make sure you see the demonstration & follow verbatim. This is most important.

    Points to be noted:
The dough should be made very soft, a little more loose than how we usually knead it. Adding a little oil at the end helps to keep the dough intact.

Make uniform size balls. Take each ball & roll between both palms gently so that it becomes soft & there are no cracks. Flatten each ball & roll in dry flour. Keep this ready & leave for 30 mts.

Heat correctly - the heating element should be set correctly - ask the demo guy to set it up correctly.
Position each ball correctly, a little to the top of center.
    roti maker-2.jpg
Press correctly - Join the handle and the lid at the top, and in one quick motion press and open immediately.

As soon as you open after pressing, flip it.

Including that, flip 3 times till the bubbles appear.
    roti maker-4.jpg
Fourth time, gently press the handle, when the roti bloats & slides out on its own – the pressure should be right.

Store correctly - immediately after roti is ready, remove to a box lined with tissues and close with lid - roti will remain soft.

    Centrifugal Fruit Juicer

Centrifugal juicers work by feeding the chopped up fruit and vegetables through a chute onto a spinning basket that grates / chops the fruit / vegetable when it comes into contact with the baskets grating base. This grating process releases juice from the plant .
This is suitable only for hard fruits & vegetables & not for tomatoes, chikoo, pears etc. The pulp should be thrown out.
Mine is Nova Centrifugal Juicer, bought for Rs 1000, 5 years ago.
