    hi shini

Your recipe sounds tasy...But I have a doubt? If the spread is coarse like vada, would it separate from bread slice while toasting on a tava?..Will it cook properly? Any way I am going for a trial...Thanx for sharing..

it get cooked easily....most of the people make dal vada for vada curry in dosa tawa only...bcoz to avoid oil...do't fry it in oil...just apply 2to 3 tsp of this paste on the bread..put little oil...toast it

Thank you...And it would be of great help if you could share the recipe for vada curry ...Please private message me once you post the recipe...My mother-in-law used too make vada curry often, but she uses litres and litres of oil both for frying and making the curry.

    Thanks again.
