Vada pav (oil free)

    1. Boiled vegetables (potato, green peas, corn, carrot, cabbage)- 4 cups
    2. Channa atta - 100gms
    3. Red Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
    4. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    5. Garam masala - ¼ tsp
    6. Oil - 1 tsp
    7. Bread pav - 6
    8. Water – as required

    • Mash all the boiled vegetables and add all the spices to it.
    • Then prepare a loose dough with Channa atta, boiled vegetables and water.
    • Take a sandwich maker and keep it turned on for 10 minutes.
    • Spread some batter evenly into each portion and close the lid.
    • Cook for 10 minutes till the patties become golden brown.
    • In each pav put one pattie with chutney or any other sauce of choice and place them in a microwave at grill-micro combination for 5 minutes.
    • Serve hot.
