Hi friends, i saw this recipe in TV and try it and it came very nice for me. so i wants to share with u people. i will expalin how to do it. 1.First u have to cut the babycorn in round shapes and place it one bowl seperately. 2.Next take some quantity of mint leaves, coriander leaves equally and add green chillies (if u want spicy put more if u dont want put one or two it depends upon ur thing) and then grind it in mixie to a fine coarse. 3.Add this grinded coarse with half cup of maida powder and little quantity of corn flour powder and add salt. 4.and mix this one well and then it becomes green in colour. 5.Now add babycorn and mix well and have to mix the powdered coarse with babycorn and marinate it for 10 mnts. 5.place kadai on stove and pour oil in it to fry. and the deep fry the babycorn with the marinated coarse. 6.have to put babycorn in the oil one by one or two or three together. 7.after frying it will give good taste to eat. i made this one for my kids they like this one. in this if u want add any food colour u can add it will give colour. but myself i didnt add anything the natural colour of the green gives the nice to see and taste also. put mint leaves morethan the coriander leaves. with regards, ramvino
