    My dear Chithra

Yesterday I tried cucumber oothappam it came out well and was very tasty. This is a jiffy tiffin, yet a very tasty one. Made Bombay chutney and hotel sambar as a side dish for the oothappam. It took just half an over to prepare all these items. Many thanks for sharing such simple to make and tasty dishes.

I am yet to try the udupi samabar, shall try it soon and will come back with a feedback.

Eagerly waiting for ur dinner spread photos.

    Love and regards
    Priya

Mysore rasam is my great favourite. So I am formulating a recipe for M R powder with the help of a Managalore friend.
In a short while, I will post Raw Food Breakfast - 1 & Carrot oothappam.
I shall post R F B here & in Tips. I will give a link in the links thread as per your suggestion - thanks for the same.
    Love,

    Dear Chithra

Thanks for sharing the photo of the uncooked spread. It looks colourful and very tempting. The oats heaped in the centre, surrounded by lychees and cherries looks just wonderful. U have a very good imagination and u r very creative.

My Best wishes to u for successful dieting and accomplishing ur goal very soon.

    Love and regards
    Priya

    hi chithu

here i am back with my FB.....made easy veg pulav..ofcoz didnt have coconut to make coconut milk...adhunala the pulav was made sans coconut milk..but let me tell u absolutely NO COMPROMISE on taste..infact the cashews i think gave the pulav a rich taste and the adding of ghee at the end also gave it a gud smell n flavour....i made it in the pressure pan this time and got the right consistency ..i mean udhir udhir.....

the taste was very very gud and i relished eating it....:-D

and now for ur uncooked recipes..i am sure its gonna get more ppl to ur fan list as the number of ppl dieting are growing in numbers these days...all the best !!! chithu..:goodidea:

    lov
