Khatta-meeta smoothy: Finely chopped cucumber+1 tsp (or less by choice) tamarind paste+2 tsp jaggery + ¼ cup oats+1 tbsp wheatgerm + ½ cup fresh curds + water+salt. To top with roasted & powdered jeera.
Date-Banana Smoothy Chopped dates soaked in warm water for some time to soften+chopped bananas +flax seed powder+milk poiwder+water
Apple-Dry Fig smoothy Soak dry figs in warm water for 2 hrs. Blend with chopped aple+digestive biscuits +wheat bran + milk powder.
Fitness smoothy: I "re-invented" this from my 40 year old recipe note, in tatters! Blend together 150 ml each of skimmed curds & skimmed milk, one banana, 1 tsp lime juice + 1 tbsp (or less) honey. I preferred to add 2 tsp flaxseed powder.
Fresh fig-Papaya smoothy Dry figs can be soaked, softened & used. I added papaya+wheat bran+milk powder.
Mixed Fruits Smoothy (1) Black grapes + bananas (peeled & frozen) + flax seed + sapota _ papaya + milk powder
Mango-Ginger Smoothy Mango pulp + grated ginger + curds + milk powder + wheat germ For all smoothies, protein powder or complan can be added.
