Famous North Indian Breakfast - Aaloo Poori

    I myself am very fond of Aaloo Poori like many others. Hence, I am sharing the recipe.....

    Aaloo Sabzi
    Ingredients : 6 boiled potatoes, 2 medium sized onions, 1 large tomato, 6 cloves garlic, 1 small piece ginger.


    Recipe:

    1. Chop the onions lengthwise
    2. Chop the tomato into small pieces
    3. Crush the Garlic and ginger.
    4. Cut the potatoes into 5-6 pieces each.
    5. Put arnd 1 tbsp oil in a pan, and put 2 pinches of mustard seeds.
    6. Next add, onion and ginger garlic to it.
    7. After sauteing for a while, add tomatoes.
    8. Cook the mixture for a while.
    9. Add salt as per taste,turmeric powder (3/4 tsp), chilli powder(as per taste) and garam masala powder(1/2 tsp) [you can put chana masala also instead of the garam masala]
    10. Cook for 2-3 mins and add potatoes.
    11. Add 2 glasses of water and cook on simmer for next 15-20 mins.
    12 :thumbsup and alloo sabzee is ready.[ you may garnish the sabzee with chopped coriander leaves]

    I love Aloo Puri too!! Its my favourite breakfast.!
    I can even have it for Lunch and Dinner also!!
