Low Calorie Soups to reduce weight

    Drumstick Leaves Soup

    Ingredients:

    1 cup fresh and young leaves of Drum Stick
    4 - 6 small onion
    10 - 12 black pepper (crush them)
    1/2 sp cumin seeds
    2 - 3 garlic
    1 sp oil
    Salt

    Method:

    First cook drum stick leaves well.
    Then add chopped onion, crushed black pepper and garlic.
    Add salt and allow it to cook well.
    Then make seasoning with cumin seeds and add it to the soup.
    Drink this soup after your break fast and before lunch.
    That will help sugar patient a lot.

    Mint / Pudina Soup

    Ingredients:

    1 cup pudina leaves (fresh one)
    4 - 6 small onion
    10 - 12 black pepper (crush them)
    1/2 sp cumin seeds
    2 - 3 garlic
    1 sp lemon juice
    Salt

    Method:

    First put Pudina leaves in lots of water and cook well.
    Then add chopped onion, crushed black pepper, cumin and garlic.
    Add salt and allow it to cook well.
    Bring it to room temp.
    Then add lemon juice and drink.
    this will help you to digestion and it will make your skin to shine and reduce dryness.

    Hai Krishnamma

    Nice reading your soups. They are easy to make and seems delicious. I intend to make right away. I would like reduce about 15 kilos as I am overweight. Do you have any tips for that. Thanks

    I have a digestion problem but trying your mint soup has reduced my problem and i have stopped even taken medicine THANXXXXXXX A LOT

    Hi krishnamma,
    I tried your vegetable soup (cabbage,carrot) without moong dhal. taste was very good . Is moong dhal a must?(sometime I need to do urgently). Please give me a soup recipe for diebatic (low sugar/Low carbohydrate). thank you:)

    Hay,

    No problem. you can add or you can leave. If you add moong dal, you will feel filled. and also you will get thick soup. ok ya? you can do as per your taste and convenience. no problem.:)

    Hi krishnamma,
    Thanks for your reply. Please suggest me some soups for diabetic, since I have to follow low sugar, low fat diet. I already went through your kitchuppa's diet plan and decided to follow the plan. For dinner times I want to prepare some filling soup like cabbage soup which will be low calorie at the same time filling. thanks:)
