Episode 16

Mr and Mrs Ganapathy, Menaka joined the couple to send them off for the most expected honeymoon trip.

Sindhu was bit nervous as this is her first flight trip. It is now time for check in.
The coupe bid bye to their parents and started walking in. Bharath handed over the tickets to the airline staff and checked in his luggage. After collecting their tickets they completed security check and started waiting for the flight.

To avoid any conversation, Sindhu brought novels to kill the idle time. As soon they reached waiting hall, she opened a novel and started reading it. Bharath placed his backpack near her and roam in the airport.

She noticed him leaving from the corner of her eye. As soon as he left, she closed the book and started browsing the airport

There was lot of shops inside. When Sindhu was about to leave, she noticed the back pack. From one corner of eye, she ensured Bharath was not at the place and opened the bag to see what it contains.

Bharath has placed a huge amount of cash in a small pouch. Then a toilet kit with brush, soap and shampoo, racer and foam

Her brain started planning! She took his boarding pass and placed it in her handbag. She then removed the blade from the racer; emptied the shampoo bottle and filled with water; transferred the case from his pouch to her purse and closed the bag leaving no signs of theft

She noticed Bharath was coming. Immediately she placed the book on her chest and pretended as if in deep sleep

He didn’t disturb her and sat on the seat placing the bag between them. After an hour, they got an announcement to board the flight.

She woke up and joined the queue. Bharath started searching for his boarding pass. He has placed it in the front compartment. He was so panicked for 5 mins

“What happened?” Sindhu asked

“Did you see my boarding pass?”

“How do I know?”

Bharath nodded because he only collected both the passes and gave Sindhu’s pass alone to her. He started searching the entire bag.

“Fine! You search and come after you got it. I am moving now. Bye Mr.Centipede”

Bharath gave a puzzled look. Sindhu joined the queue and waved him good bye and flying kiss.

He stared at her and started searching the bag again. Once Sindhu reached the airlines officials to handover the pass, she called Bharath and showed his pass.

He silently cursed her and came towards her. Sindhu giggled and giggled till she reaches the flight.

“And just stop it.” Bharath yelled at her

Sindhu closed her mouth with her palm and continued laughing

They sat in their respective seats. Sindhu wanted to be seated near window. When Bharath was placing his back pack in the upper cabinet, she thrashed on him to overtake so that she could sit there. Bharath lost his balance on this sudden collision and happened to fall on the next passenger.

He glared at her. But she ignored and said “you wantedly fall on her. She looks hot right”

“Hey mental. Shut up..Don’t shout. What if she hears”

Sindhu got angry. She turned back and said to that lady “I think my friend likes you. She turned his face holding his chin and tried to show his face to that lady.

Bharath gave an embarrassing smile to that lady and pinched on Sindhu’s thigh.

“Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh”

Bharath immediately closed her mouth with his palms and looked around. He was so embarrassed entire flight was watching them only.

“Please don’t embarrass me. Behave yourself. You got it. Entire flight is laughing at us”

“It is still paining. Say sorry or I will shout again”

Bharath controlled his temper but shooked his head that he won’t apologize

Sindhu adjusted her throat to shout again. He again closed her mouth and said “I am so sorry Sindhu Madam. Never ever in my life, I will hurt you. Fine now??”

“hmmm. Apologies accepted. Be careful” saying Sindhu turned her face away

Bharath hit himself on head and fasten his seat belt.

But Sindhu struggled to fasten her seat belts. Bharath started giggling at her when she had a great war with the belts. She thought of seeking air hostess help rather than asking Bharath. He thought “ha ha Now its my turn lady”

Bharath wantedly moved his face away. Sindhu called the cabin crew. To her dismay, a male came.
He leaned forward to help her with the seat belts. But Sindhu hesitated and gave a helpless look to Bharath

He then smiled wickedly at her and told cabin crew “I will take care. She is my..er…wife”

Cabin crew smiled back at him and left.

My wife. Those words from Bharath tickled Sindhu. Bharath pulled out the other end of the belt and fastened it. The words and his touch made Sindhu blush; for the first time in her life..
