Episode 15

Each minute seem to run as nano seconds for Sindhu.

She walked towards the room and found Bharath leaning against the pillow. She sat on the other side of the cot and adjusted her throat.

“Bharath…”

“See, just go out of my sight. I don’t want to talk to you”

“Then why did you accept for this trip. It is waste of time, waste of money, waste of everything. Do you think we can spend time peacefully there?”

Bharath cooled down a bit. He sighed in dismay. “That’s what even I am thinking. The decision taken during anger is wrong always. I will call your dad that I have problem in getting leave”

“That’s not possible now”

“Why”
“The tickets are booked. Just now he called. We are supposed to leave day after tomorrow” Sindhu looked at him hoping for something that could stop this travel

“Oh ****!. “ he placed his head on his palm. “Your uncle and dad are so so fast” he shooked his head negatively

Sindhu thought “I know it is all because of me. I kindled your feelings”. She felt very difficult imagining herself on tour with him. She banged the cot each time when she thinks of being with him.

“Can you stop that and get out”

She gave a hard look at him and moved out. She came to hall and started gazing at the magazines. That’s when Menaka came in from temple.

“Oh dear. You are back. Have the prasadam” she applied kumkum on Sindhu’s forehead

Sindhu thought of seeking Menaka’s help to stop the trip plan. “Aunty! Dad and Uncle have gifted us travel package to Andaman…” she couldn’t continue. Her brain stopped the supply of words. She stood paralyzed hunting for suitable words. Between Menaka felt very happy at that and called Ganapathy immediately to thank him

How can I seek help to stop this? Why I am not able to speak further.

She sat back on the sofa. She rubbed her eyes and forehead with her fingers. Biting her lips, collapsing her hands she stayed so nervous.

“Start packing your things” Menaka came with a coffee

Sindhu mutely nodded her head

“Why do you look tense?”

“Nothing Aunty!” Sindhu smiled and went inside the room. Bharath was still lying in the cot.

“Look! Cancelling the plan is not gonna happen for sure. So we have to go. No other option.”

She stared at him mutely. He continued “So, let’s go. Atleast for their sake. We have agreed upon mutually that we are going to travel along in life. This is just a 4day trip. Should not be an issue. You can do whatever you want”

She nodded her head affirmatively. “Pack your things. Get ready” saying he went out. He called Vinoth and narrated everything. Vinoth thought “So the destiny has started its game” and smiled. “Don’t worry buddy. All is well. Do you need any help?”

“Not now. I will ask if I need” he then called his manager and informed about his leave.

The couple packed the necessary things and got ready to travel.

Sindhu was less nervous and more excited to explore a new place. Bharath took this opportunity to de stress himself.

She wanted to shop lot of things there. But, how can she expect Bharath’s money?

She called Radha “Mom! I need some money to spend in Andaman”

“Ask you husband then” grinned Radha

“Will you give or not” she yelled at her.

“I have to ask your dad only. I will talk to him and give. Anyways we are coming to send you off. I will give by that time. Stay chill”

Menaka happened to listen to this conversation. She went to Bharath “Can’t you spend for Sindhu. Why have you made her to ask her dad for her expense even after she got married?”

“Who said I can’t Mom. I don’t know about she asked her dad for money. She didn’t ask me”

Menaka gave a hard look. She went in and brought some money from her wallet and handed it over to Sindhu “Listen dear. It would not be fair to ask your parents for your expense when you have become a part of our family now. if you feel odd to ask Bharath, then ask me. I will help you”

Sindhu refused to get but since Menaka insisted, she got from her.

“Enjoy the trip and have fun. Make me grandmother soon”

Huh???Grand mother???no way!!!

She just smiled and left the place. She waved the money in front of Bharath and placed in her purse.

“I will get more from my parents as well. So, I can spend for my expense, even food. I need not depend any creature” saying she shooked her head away.

Bharath gazed at her childish behavior but remained silent. He knows very well they will have more fight there

Destiny and fate formed a union to play an important game in their life
