The people in Taiwan are quite friendly. It is also very safe in Taiwan. I could walk in late evening or hire a taxi without any fear. What I found interesting was that there is a lot of trade between Taiwan and China. Taiwanese have business in China and Chinese have businesses in Taiwan even though there is political rivalry between the two nations or parts of China. People can travel freely between China and Taiwan. I am sure that people of China also would be very friendly with Indians.
