@Pepperpot, We are anxiously waiting to see your puzzle after what we had experienced earlier with your black pepper puzzle. I am sure Satchi must be publishing her answers sometime today and most have already solved that puzzle. Please publish your puzzle whenever it is convenient. Viswa
Here goes, encompassing current and upcoming themes: Answer is not a person or a place. The sleeping puppy will not lead to the answer. Use it only to confirm. The other images don't directly point to the answer, they point to the events in which the answer was involved. It might be immediately obvious to those who know of the events, but otherwise, key words should easily take you there. The India connection, if not known already, is an interesting read.
Here is the solution to #4769 puzzle although most have already solved it. Img 1: 'Bal' referring to Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Img 2: 'Lal' refers to Lala Lajpatrai. Img 3: Lion - Lala Lajpatrai was also known as the lion of the Punjab. Img 4: Bipin Chandra Pal Img 5: Indicates the triumvirate of Lal-Bal-Pal Img 6: Swaraj - the freedom movement and Tilak's famous "Swaraj is my birthright and I shall have it." Any further explanations seem superfluous considering the ease with which the puzzle was solved. :-D
@Pepperpot, It was quiet a journey but found the answer finally. Your confirmation of Satchi's clue helped. It is a nice transition from current theme to the theme next month. It involves both first and second choice themes. Viswa
