Answer to puzzle #4728 Person: Gulzarilal Nanda Mr. Nanda became prime minister twice once after the death of Mr. Nehru and once after death of Mr. Lal Bahadur Shastri both times the nation was recovering from war - the war with China. Even after having been a Prime Minister, he served as a minister in both the cabinet of Mr. Lal Bahadur Shastri and Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Both his terms lasted 13 days. Clues: Image1: Mr. Shastri, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Mr. Nehru. Mr Nanda became prime minister twice between 1964 to 1966. Image2:13 indicating 13 days of his term. Image3: Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The only other prime minister who had lasted a term of 13 days. Image4a, Image4b: Mr. Nanda was a home minister in Mrs. Indira Gandhi's cabinet. In 1966, the hindu organization organized an agitation for having a ban on cow slaughter. There were some chaos and destruction of public property.
