second picuture: is the picture of Michelle Obama wife of Obama . we call the president's wife as first lady.

third picture: It is the MISS WORLD crown. Reita Faria is the was crowned miss world in the year 1966.

fourth picture: Is the stethoscope refers doctor . Retia Faria completed her doctor degree in the year 1967.

Fifth picture: group of judges, she was judge at Femina miss India 1998,and also judge for miss world competition in many occasions.

I saw her interview in an episode of Epic India and just built the puzzle.

She is the first lady to win miss world contest from whole Asia. By doing so she earned the country international recognition which proved very useful for generations of girls aiming to reign the world by winning such coveted titles.

She was just 6 months away to give her medical exams when she won the miss world title but she never forgot her real ambition that is to become a doctor.After enjoying her one year she refused the modeling profession and concentrated on her medical studies.

The words she said after winning her crown of miss world have won the hearts of many people.
she said that though she wanted to own a Marcedes she could not take back it to her country (India) because a majority of people there were trying extremely heard to make both ends meet and such an extravagance looked sinister to her in the context.

 

Spent a lot of time looking up Michelle Obama and finally when I looked for 'first lady' got a shock of my life from the number of 'evidences' that have been touted to 'prove' that the 'first lady' is indeed a 'first queen'.

 

That could be a fake new or may be true? how knows. But I saw her child hood photos they were not showing any of the signs.

 

Michelle Obama + Dublin actually brings results about her trip to Dublin in 2013, which confused me a bit! I even tried to find the connection between Trinity college of medicine (that she visited) & the stethoscope doctor clue!!!! :bonk

 

Could be true or otherwise Surekha. Just shocking because the number of conspiracy theories about every imaginable thing on earth starting from man's landing on moon or alien bases on the moon etc. make one wonder what to believe and what not to.

 

Yes @satchitananda there are many such theories which ruled the world for some time. Micheal Jackson as women, 2012 end of world,few months back whats app RIP Arnold .............People are becoming very imaginative now a days :bonk or more observative?

I tried your puzzle for a while and gave up after sometime because I didn't have the time to keep trying. I was trying to link a doctor with Michelle Obama without realizing First Lady means something else as well. I didn't know that. Now reading your answer, I am not sure whether I would have succeeded finding the answer. Can you share the key words that would have helped me find the answer?

Hmm..... I still need to evolve more away from the spirituality it looks like.:bonk
