Both current puzzles done, didn't bother rationalizing every image, for lack of time. Carry on, I'm out for a while, searching for truth & beauty!

I've added a poll to pick our next theme. I expect the thread to slow down over the next few weeks owing to holidays, travel etc. Before everyone goes missing, please cast your vote. You are allowed to choose multiple options. Now, don't everyone vote for each one! :biggrin2:

Lurkers can vote too! After all you will have to read what we post! ;)

    Answer to Puzzle # 3826 :
    Padmanabha Swamy Temple in Trivandrum

Image 1: Many extant pieces of Sangam Tamil literature and poetry, and even the later works of Ninth Century poet-saints like Nammalwar, refer to the Temple and even the city as having walls of pure gold. At some places, both the Temple and the entire city are often eulogized even as being made of gold, and the Temple as Heaven. The image is of Nammalwar. Several extant Hindu Texts like the Brahma Purana, Matsya Purana, Varsha Purana, Skanda Purana, Padma Purana, Vayu Purana, Bhagavata Purana and the Mahabharata mentioned this shrine.

Image 2: This is the image of PM Narendra Modi entering this temple. They enforce strict rule that no man can enter the temple with a shirt and hence he is wearing only a towel around him. I thought this image will give the identity of the temple.

Image 3: Big idol of Pandavas displayed during Panguni festival celebrated in this shrine

Image 4: Uthradom Thirunal Marthanda Varma, King of Travancore who famously ordered opening of the vaults hidden under the temple.

Image 5: Mr.T.P. Sundararajan, who went to the Supreme Court. The court ordered the opening of the vaults and taking an inventory of the treasure

Image 6: NarasimhaSwamy & PadmanabhaSwamy after coming from Shankumuka Beach during Aarat festival

Image 7: The image of the Supreme Court to indicate the value of the treasure was made public based on its order

Image 8: Anandasayanam posture of MahaVishnu to indicate the Lord located in this Shrine

Image 9: The tank located adjacent to the shrine.

Please note Images 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 9 are already available in the Wikipedia page or can be accessed by studying the links in the same page. So it is designed for everyone to at least achieve A-.

Typing out Supreme Court+Vishnu+Temple will give the answer right away in the first link. This puzzle is designed to find the answer easily but work more on solving images and hence I introduced grading. Additional Note: The treasure found is estimated at a value of $40 billion without accounting for one more vault that is yet to be opened. This was widely covered in the news in July 2011. If you like to view the treasure, please see link below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1iKW3Y70W0

I voted for one and I didn't know that I can vote for more than one. Since I came out of it, it won't let me vote again. But, I am open to any subject.

You are shaking their conscience to make them participate by giving voting rights.
