    I knew that helping kid rattofy (by-heart) 'what is the capital of the this Empire, that Empire' would come handy one day. : )

    Learnt quite a bit, and also brought back memories of a teacher/activist who used to talk about the person.

    If I got it right...

    You are at the right place but look at the clue from @Gauri03. The bottom right picture is relevant but the first three are good enough to solve this puzzle.
