Gauri , when the intelligent creator was splicing the axons in our brains he tangled a connection between us or else how on earth would you have spoken those words that I logged in to type. Wait! People would think I'm some doolally character if I show any more excitement than I'm prone to evince by gushing at this crossover. When Xena x-overs with Hercules , it is battle of brawls, when The Practice x-overs with Ally McBeal it is battle of wits and when Baywatch xovers with Pacific Blue it is battle of tan but when @neurites x-over with @bibliolites it is the celebratory fusion in creating a historical event. I was thinking - WOW! Does anyone else feel that way exploring these minuscule yet striking joys of virtual presence. hugsmiley
@Jey what we achieved here should showcase in front page of IL bulletin. Let us know the date and time for cover photo shoot so that we can check our availability and schedule with Nigel Barker.
We're virtual besties for a reason my dear. :biggrin2: (waiting for my next mp4 file...) I just noticed that I've made almost twice as many posts in E&PG than in any other subforum. That is a distinction few on IL hold (or would ever admit without embarrassment). I think it takes a certain type to even ponder virtual milestones, let alone exult in them. Somewhere in the universe Ragini is sighing in disappointment.
Somewhere in 12th dimension called un-augmented reality Ragini is wondering: First 003 starts a thread on abstract puzzles Then an eccentric & loud voice camps with easel drawing shapeless cartoons Few sprinters join the thread Few more strange polar flies and the their likes join. And one scholar visits them. They call themselves "neurites" This morning they are hosting exchange workshop with another virtual phylum who seem to be more excited and pumped up like storm troopers (solve a puzzle even before I finish my morning cuppa tea) (Ragini with raised brow) I think I've seem every type of madness that can manifest online now.
Top post areas: Education & Personal Growth: 749 Suggestions & Feedback: 135 Snippets of Life (Non-Fiction): 126 General Discussions: 58 Adding top 2 entries ~900/1200 posts are made in forums where no one visits! How embarrassed should I be to admit that surrendersmiley(ship-wrecked , marooned, save me)
this cross-section is quite interesting ... hope we interact much more from here ... thanks priyasrini, aria, and gauri ...
Awesome Neurites and Bibliolites. It feels like two (tiny!) tribes got to meet each other serendipitously. For a long time, each have been lamenting why no one cared about their tribe other than the tribe members themselves. Now that the tribes have found each other, they are having a carnival! Definitely worth homepage promotion. @IL_admin, can you please help.
OK, here is a compact puzzle trying something with less visuals. Format: From clues in Picture#1 what can fill Picture#2. Translate Picture#1 as thematic Picture#2 Theme: Fine arts Level: Er, easy if you understood the the format, medium if are thinking like "Aria". Extra clue: picture#1 is movie still, picture#2 is what ? (follow the theme)
Puzzle: Identify the book embedded in the below pictures Theme: Books & Authors Level: Easy, you can tap few keywords even if you have not heard the book.
