    So Awadhi is the Lord of all biryanis....? Manna on earth??
    But every recipe I find on youtube is being dissed in the comments as unauthentic.

    I can give you the Malabari or Hyderabadi of Daddistani(my dad makes the most amazing biriyani).

    Yes, please. I make Hyd biryani, but it is not amazing.
    Have to do something this weekend. Unless I get house arrested because of the snow.

    This looks close - Kothiyavunu.com : Chicken Biryani - Kerala Style not sure how authentic. I'm not from Calicut. The site has other recipes, easier versions. This one is too tedious to make! Only difference I could see, my mom doesn't use poppy seeds and used coconut milk too. Maybe 1/4 cup, not more.
