The 'unscrambling' was problematic to reverse for me as well. Works both ways within the window, but not after a cut/paste! Must have some randomization algorithm, for which the randomization is not preserved.
So I changed it to flipped text.

Does anyone know a good dictionary app/plugin to integrate with iPhone which caches history of words looked while reading text to replace the default iOS dictionary. I'm unable to find the feature to cache the words or the dictionary format to download to support this functionality.
