MW Vessels - 2 These are 3 Borosil vessels, smaller in size to the Halwa vessel. This shape is multipurpose & ideal for cooking rasam, gravies, vegetables etc. The biggest is correct for making ghee from 1/2 kg butter. It is also suitable for making small quantities of sweets. Precooked pulaos can be assembled & microwaved. But they are not suitable for baking.
MW Vessels - 3 The rectangular dish is ideal for baking any dish. It is ideal for setting Thayir Vadai in the firdge & for arranging salads. The other 2 are multi purpose, like boilng vegetables, making tomato puree, cooking spinach etc.
MW Vessels - 5 The left side square dish is for casseroles & general baking. The other 2 are shallow & multipurpose.
Dear Chitra madam Saw ur collection of borosil bowls but as they r heavy and needs utmost care while handling I am finding them using a little bit inconvenient. Can we use ceramic for baking cakes in MW?. Till now I do not have any ceramic ones except small serving bowls. Can u suggest some ceramic bowls for different purposes and pl do post the photoes of ceramic ones, though u have posted some in your first batch of MW vessels I want to see ur entire collection. With regards varudhini
