    Hi,

Here I am giving some items that we can prepare with WHEAT FLOUR.
I think this will be useful for beginers.

Note: Whenever you are going to roll the chappati, roll it one side and dont turn front and back while rolling. After rolling you put the chappati as it is. i.e. put the bottom side on the tava. Then you will get PUFFED CHAPPATIES surely. Chappati will come up like PURIES.

    Bye,
    Krishna amma.

    Parota

There are many varieties in parotas. Let us see some of them. Generally we use Maida or patient flour for it.

    Alu Parota
    1. Prepare chapatti dough by adding cooked potatoes, chopped green chilies, salt (cumin seeds optional)
    2. Make thick parotas out of this dough
    3. Pour ghee or oil both the sides and cook well. (This will take time to cook)
    4. Serve hot with plain yoghurt.
    Note:
    (1) You can add red chili powder instead of green chilies
    (2) You can add ginger -garlic paste with green chilies.

    Stuffed Alu Parota

    2) Stuffed Alu Parota
    1. Prepare chapatti dough as usual. Cook Potatoes and smash them.
    2. Add green chilies, (red chili powder) coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt in the smashed potatoes.
    3. Make small balls out of the potato mixture
    4. Now make small chapatti and place the potato ball in the center of the chapatti and close it.
    5. Again make it as thick chapatti without pressing much.
    6. Put it on the hot tava and make Parota by pouring ghee.
    7. Serve with plain yoghurt.
Note: Here also you can change the masala as per your taste. And secondly, whenever you are going to prepare stuffed parota, make the dough soft. That will help you to roll the chappati easily.

    Bye,

    Krishna amma:wave

    One request...

    Hi Krishnamma
I would like to give a suggestion, actually its my sincere request.
If u've all these preparations as papers in the system, can u attach those pages so that we can download and take print outs.
    What u say?
I love to cook. So whenever I want to prepare something different, I used to see at ur posts. Already u divided the pages item wise. But everytime, I've to go to one page and search for them. This will take a little time. So can u attah and post here in the same manner? This is my sincere request.
