Super Fast Snacks for Children Chapati Bhel Chapatis - 2 Green Chili(finely chopped) - 1 Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 small Onion (finely chopped ) – 1 medium Peanuts(roasted) – 2 tbsp Aaloo Bhujiya – 3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney – 3 tbsp Coriander Chutney – 3 tbsp Chili Powder – 1 tsp Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method : Take the chapatis, could be fresh or even leftover. Heat a griddle & roast the chapatis. The chapatis should be crisp. After the chapatis are cooked, let them cool. Now crush the chapatis into small pieces, add salt, tomato, onion, chili powder, chopped green chilis, peanuts, aaloo bhujiya, both the chutnies & mix well. Now sprinkle coriander leaves to garnish & serve in a platter. Try this one. its really simple and yummy.
