Hi all , I am new to this ILs site and every recipes posted are mouth watering . i am interested in cooking and I have a recipe to add, Its Oats Adai .. Do try it out healthy and tasty also . Ingredients: Oats – 1 cup ChannaDal – 1/2 cup ToorDal – 1/2 cup MoongDal – 2 tbsp UradDal – 2 tbsp Chilli – 4 ( 2 red , 2 green) Ginger – A small piece Asafoetida – as required (powdered one) Onion,Corionder leaves, Curry Leaves,mint leaves – as required (Finely chopped) Turmeric – as required Salt – as required Method: · Soak all the 4 Dals for about 3 hours . · First Powder the oats in a mixie · Add ginger , chillies and the soaked Dals and blend it in a Mixie (If quantity is more Grinder can be used). · Add turmeric,salt, Asafoetida and the chopped Onion,Corionder leaves, Curry Leaves,mint leaves to the Adai batter. · Heat the dosa tawa and spread the batter and add little oil around the adai.Turn it and leave for few mins and serve hot .
