HI , My 2nd receipe and easy too. PREPARATIONS cut onion, 1 green chillie (optopnal) and all the vegetables into thin dices,,,(normally i use beans,carrot ,potato,peas,corns,,,,,,,,,,,,) PROCEDURE In a kadai add little oil then add onions( regular thalippu) saute little and add vegetables one by one... next add turmeric powder, jeera powder,little coriander powder garam masala little and salt one by one,,,,,,,,, just sprinkle little water ,,let it boil.... dont boil too much,,three fourth boil is enough,, finally add pepper powder and any masala powder optional only... spread the vegetable preparation in chapathi and roll it. hope my procedure is clear,it is very easy and quick way to do..........
