Dear IL's, Please try one more healty idli Oats Idli Ingredients Oats - 1 Cup Sooji - 1 Cup Grated Carrot - 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut Curd Coriander Leaves Green Chillies - 2 No Salt Seasoning Cumin Seeds Mustard Oil Asfotedia Fry Upma Sooji and Oats separately with a spoon of oil and put them in a bowl. In a pan add all the seasoning ingredients, grated carrot, grated coconut, green chillies, chopped coriander. In a bowl add all the above mentioned fried mixture and mix well with good amount of curd. Add salt to taste and allow it to set. Grease the idli plates and add this batter and pressure cook for 10 minutes / 15 minutes until the idlies are soft. Serve idlies with coconut chutney and ghee. Bye, Malathi
