Dear ILs Wheat flour upma with fenugreek leaves Ingredients Fenugreek Leaves - 2 -3 Bunch Curry Leaves Cumin seeds Asafetida Lemon Juice Red Chilli Powder Turmeric Oil Fried Ground Nut powder Wheat flour - 1 Cup In a bowl mix wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder and make it in to dough. Make it in small balls(as small as small onions). Put all these balls in a vessel and pressure cook for 3 whistles. In pan add oil,mustard, Cumin Seeds, Asfotedia, red chilli, turmeric and chopped fenu greek leaves and curry leaves, salt and a pinch of sugar. Mix this well until the fenugreek leaves until they crumble to this add the cooked wheat flour balls and keep frying. Add salt and Lime juice and fried ground nut powder. It tastes better with more fenugreek leaves...
