Hi all, Usually when we come across a curry leaf, we nudge it aside:rant. But there are so many benefits in curry leaves. This is good for digestive problems, hair growth, piles etc. These leaves contain phosphorus, calcium, iron and vitamin C. They also contain some significant amounts of carbohydrates, fibers and proteins. While cooking I cut the curry leaves into small picies so that no one will ignore it:thumbsup. Here is a recipe for curry leaves dosa. I do it once in a week. rice(Pacharisi) - 1.5 cups tender curry leaves - 0.5 cups urad dal - little bit salt Soak rice and urad dal. Grind it with curry leaves and add salt. Use this dosa batter after 4 hrs. Usually i will grind it in night and have for morning break fast. While making the dosa close it so that it will be perfect. Coconut chuttney or honey will be good for side dish. thanks, Laxmi
