    Hi All,

Yesterday I prepared oats dosa.. It was too yummy..

Grind the oats in a mixie - 3/4
    Wheat Flour - 1/2
    Rava - 1/4
    Curd - 2-3 tsp
    Salt, Pepper

Mix all with required amount of water to dosa batter consistency.
In a pan, add oil, mustard, jeera, channa dhal, urud dhal, chilli finely chopped, curry leaves finely chopped, ginger finely chopped, onion finely chopped, little salt and saute nicely till everything is mixed..
Add this mixture in the batter and leave it for an hour. (If you are really in a hurry, you can use it as soon as mixed)

Prepare like normal dosas.. It was too good..

If possible, you can add finely chopped carrot, gobi, cabbage, capsicum.. This adds colour to the oats dosa.. :)
