Hi here s a simple evening snack -- Adai Ingredients raw rice 1 cup channa dhal 1/2 cup dried red chillies onion(as needed) finely chopped green chillies - ass needed - finely chopped coriander leaves salt asafoetida oil Method soak rice+dhal+dries red chillies for about 2 hours - three hours grind them to a moderately coarse paste. add water and bring it to dosa batter consistency. Add onion+chillies+asafoetida+coriander leaves+salt. heat pan. add oil and pour the batter and make small dosa s - DO NOT MAKE IT TOO THIN LIKE DOSA. cover when cooking one side. turn and cover uncovered. eat with - chuttney, or more kuzambu or aviyal... hope u all wil like ittttttttttttttttttt
