Hi every one.......... I came across this recipe ...... thought might help you toooooooo Semolina (rava) curd Onion diced very fine Green chillies diced fine coriander leaves chopped fine zeera oil salt to taste.. Add the semolina to the curd and leave it an hour or so .... After an hour or when u r ready to cook, add salt as per taste +zeera + onions+ coriander+ green chillis. Add water to bring it to a consistency slightly thicker than that you make for dosa. Heat pan. pour this batter. DO NOT FLATTEN IT.. add oil. preferably close while cooking... then turn to the other side... Eat it hot with chuttney........it is indeed tasty..... Try it outttttttttttttttttt

I just tried it out. It was superbbbbbbbbb.. My DH liked it a lot.. It was too crispyyyyyyyyyy.. I think we can use this batter to make rava idlies too, right???
I want to try this over the weekend... Can you please tell me how much curd we are supposed to add? Can we use buttermilk?
