    hi navis..
    ya its easy 2 make..
semiya wont be hard.. The mixture s kept aside for 20mins to make it soft(curd will make it soft). if u want it more soft then make dosa after 30mins..

    dear devi,

i feel something went messed up with my semiya dosa batter.
    semiya didnot become too soft.
i came like addai and was not cooked fully from inside eventhough i tried to cook it in medium flame.
can you please guide me with what went wrong
i tried with exactly half the quantity of all material.
i was not sure about the quantity of curd and the batter became too sour

    hi navis..
curd should be little sour. if u dont like sourness then add sourless curd..
dosai wont be soft as ordinary dosai pa..its texture will be similar 2 addai only..
keep d flame in high till u cook one side.. after turning d dosa keep d flame in low.. it will take little more time when compared 2 ordinary dosa..
y semiya didnt b'com soft? - may be u added little quantity of curd.. u can also add water pa.. quantity of liquid should be well enough 2 soak d batter..
stiil if u have doubt wait pa.. will give u very very exact measurement in a week..
