I tried this recipe got from a book. 1/4 red onion finally chopped. 1 large potato peeled and finely diced and boiled 1/2 green chilli finely chopped 1 tbsp coriander leaves zest and juice of 1 lime 20 mini papads mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Deep fry or roast the papad.Spoon the mixture on each papad and serve.You can use chilli or sago papad.
