Today I tried out Oats and wheat flour pizza, recipe taken from a blog, came out well.Thought I would share it with you all.
    Oats flour-1 1/4 cup.
    wheat flour-1 cup
    maida-1 cup.
    corn meal-2 tbss
    olive oil or any oil-3tbsp
    salt-1 teaspoon
    sugar-1 teaspoon
    yeast-1 tbsp
    seasoning-1 teaspoon
    warm water-3/4 cup
    warm milk-1/2 cup
For seasoning I used oregano .For oats flour I grinded oats in mixie.
First mix sugar and yeast in warm water, keep it aside for 10 minutes.let the bubbles come up ,then add the flours, salt ,seasoning, and warm milk.make a dough and keep in warm place for 1 and half hour.I kept it in my oven unlit only with the lights on.Then take it ,punch it for 10 minutes, oil it and keep it for some time till it rises. Then divide the dough into 2 parts.I could make 2 medium size pizzas out of it .Make the filling as per your taste.I grinded tomatoes fine added salt and boil it till it becomes thick. Then used this on top of the pizza, then put some cut tomatoes, capsicum and olives.Topped it with cheese, oregano, pepper powder and amchur powder.Bake at 375 deg for 15 minutes. It really came out thin and crispy.I took it from a blog.Enjoy.

Thanks for the response, KR, but when I bought a few times, they didn't bubble at all, and there was no reaction. How do you ask for them? What I bought were dry yeast packets.

Normally in any departmental store, they will have it.Expiry date should also be checked if it is an old one,it does not form bubbles and ferment.
Do check in any big stores, they are bound to have it.

    No yeast pizza recipe

    Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white spelt flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder (non-aluminum)
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 cup filtered water
    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions
    1Preheat your oven to 400'F.
2Place the flour, baking powder and the salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the water and oil.
3Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the olive oil and water. You may want to add a little more water if necessary.
4Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead it at least for 5-7 minutes.
5Let the dough rest in an air tight plastic bag while you prepare the toppings for your pizza.
6Once the toppings are made, set them aside and take the dough out of the plastic bag.
7Put a tiny bit of oil in the center of your pizza pan and with your hands and finger tips spread the dough to cover the pan. I use a 12 inch pizza pan. You could probably stretch it to 15 inches, but it would be a thinner crust.
8Place your pizza sauce on the dough and then cover with your favorite toppings.
9Pop it into the preheated oven. Check it after about 20 minutes to see how the crust is browning. Some ovens are hotter then others, so this is a good habit to get into.
