Healthy naan recipe

    I found a naan recipe from a blog and thought I would share it with you all.
    2 cups whole wheat flour,1 cup maida,1/2 cup curd,1/4 cup warm milk,4 tbsps oil,2tbsps oil,2 tsp,baking sod(I used eno fruit salt instead),2 tsps lime juice,salt and sugar to taste.
    Mix maida,wheat flour ,eno fruit salt,milk ,oil,salt,sugar and then lime juice.Wrap and keep in a warm place for 3 hrs.Take a ball of dough,make oval shape sprinkle,some sesame seeds and coriander leaves and press into a roti.Apply some oil on a foil on a baking sheet and place the roti on it.Brush some oil on top of the naan.Bake the roti for 12 minutesor till black spots appear.Check after 10 minutes if the spots have started to appear.Flip them and cook for 2 minutes.

    Came rushing to give the first fb but then ptamil has already posted.

    Thank you for the naan recipe. Yeah, I too have never tried naan at home. But this recipe sounds pretty easy so want to give it a try.

    Tis long since we spoke thro' CM no?
