Hi ILS Every time we are tired of seeing the normal idlis, we can do some creativity and give a new look to the idly. Pour the batter in the vessel as usual and above the batter put one garlic and sprinkle some pepper and jeerag powder on it, and also one curry leaf on one idly, it is good for digestion and look colourful as well, To make it more colourful can add some carrot gratings also to attract kids!! Hey Aruna, Nice and healthy recipe.. My suggestion would be u can even add sliced munnagi too as most of the people including kids and adults have a haterd for munnagi,beetroot kind of veggies..If u add those also to idly they get cooked and look colorful..and healthy too Ladies..Waht do you say?/
