    Pav Bhaji Pizza - fusion delicious!!

    Make pizza dough with 1 cup flour. Prove.

    Punch & spread to 6” diameter & prove.

    Prick, apply oil & bake at 200 deg C for 5 mtes.

    Cool & cut across horizontally.

    Proceed as shown in the photos.

    Thin Crust Hawaiian Pizza - very colourful.

    Make pizza dough with 1 cup flour (half wheat flour + half maida).

    This amount makes 2 pizzas. This is essential to get thin crust.

    Prove, half the dough spread in a greased plate.

    When doubled, prick with a fork, apply olive oil & bake at 200 deg C for 5 mtes.

    Topping:

    Saute in 1 tbsp olive oil:

    Big petals of onion, tricolor pepper, canned pineapple, each - 1 tbsp

    Salt, oregano, paprika, salt

    Over the baked pizza, first spread pizza sauce.

    Next, ½ cup grated cheese (halfmozarella + half processed) & brush with 2 tsp milk.

    Next spread sauted vegs over it & sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes.

    Bake at 200 deg C for 5 mtes till crisp.

    Apply a little milk over it & spread pizza sauce.

    Pizza Florentine - no tomatoes, pan-fried!

    Make 1 cup dough for pizza – I used maida & atta, half & half. The proportion is your choice.
    Once proved, pat it into a circle.

    2 – first layer – sauté chopped garlic,chopped palak , finely chopped green chillies & salt till palak is cooked & the mixture is dry.

    3- a layer of cheese – half mozarella + half processed. Sprinkle little milk over it.

    4- sauté big petals of onions, tri colour peppers & paneer cubes in 2 tsp oil with Italian seesooning, salr & chilli flakes.

    When it s proving, hat a pan with a tava underneath (like preheating).

    Once it becomes hot, transfer the pizza carefully, cover & cook on a slow flame for 10 mtes.

    When done, remove carefully.

    This can be oven-baked also.

    Dainty Crescents – an everyday biscuit!!

    Whisk together:

    Butter - ½ cup

    Powdered sugar - ½ of 1/3 cup

    Water - 2 tsp

    When well creamed add

    Maida - 1 cup

    Chopped almonds+pecans+walnuts - ¼ cup

    Add 1-2 tsp water, if need be.

    Use a crescent cookie cutter if you have one.

    Or cut into crescents as shown below.

    Bake at 160 degC for 20 mtes.

    Take our & when still warm roll in powdered sugar.
