mangalore cabbage ambade recipe ingredient: 1. 1 cup bengalgram flour 2. 2 cup cabbage chopped into small pieces 3.1 cup onion chopped into small pieces 4. 2 green chillies chopped into fine pieces 5.1 tbsp rice flour 6.1 tbsp corriander leaves 7. few curry leaves 8. 1tsp ginger- garlic paste 9 garam masala powder 1/4 tsp 10. red chilly powder- 1/4 tsp 11. a pinch of soudium bicarbonate 12. salt to taste 13 oil for deep frying mix above ingredients expect oil with little water like pokoda mixture . keep aside for 2 mins. make a mix like round vada form and deep fry in oil . note: fry cabbage pokoda/ambade in low flame . colour of pokoda brownish .and dont add more water for cabbage pokoda its leave water after sometime.
