Hi ladies , This varagu arisi pongal recipe was told by a naturopathist DR to me. its simple , yet tasty & healthy too. so , i thought of sharing this with you all for this pongal festival. procedure : we have to follow the same procedure as ven pongal normally we do. but substitute whiterice with this v.arisi soaked for 1/2 an hour. add the chopped english vegetables in the middle of cooking. after the seasoning , add 1/2 cup of milk finally. goes well with sambar or chutney. note: varagu arisi is available in all naatu marundu shops.

why preethi , again you can substitute with basmathi rice & give it a fancy name PREETHIS VEG VENN PONGAL....na ?? or you can spread the message to your friends & relatives in india ....
Already this is the one i do at home, do something with what I get here, then add vegetables and say its my own recipe:rotfl
