Ingrediants Green lentil (moong) sprout - 1 cup Carrot grated - 1/2 cup Coconut grated - 1/2 cup Lemon juice - 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup Black grapes (optional) - to garnish Preparation: Mix all the ingrediants together in a bowl.
