Ingredients 1 cup oats 1/4 cup Bombay Rava/Upma Rava 1/4 Cup finely chopped onions 1 Teaspoon of Red chillie powder Pinch of Hing 1/4 teaspoon of Jeera powder. 1/4 cup of tomatoes finely chopped Salt to taste. 1 grated carrot Oil( If you are health conscious, you may use Olive oil or you may use any refined oil) Nonstick Pan. Procedure. Take a cup of quarker oats and grind that oats into fine powder in mixie. then take the powder into a bowl and add above all ingredients and make a batter adding water. The consistency of the batter should be medium. Now heat the nonstick pan and pour in dosas and once dosa is done.. just sprinkle grated carrot over the dosa. Do the same for all the dosas and take the dosas into a plate. serve hot, you may eat with cocunut chutney/tomato chutney/pudinachutney.. Its absolutely fine healthy breakfast... I tried this reciepe and packed this to my fiance.. while goin to a movie and he had a chance to taste them during the interval of the movie.. and yes he really loved them.. :2thumbsup:
