For the healthy growth of Meyer lemon, a perfect tropical warm temperature, with a proper light source, which can be also achieved through installation of fluorescent lamps, other than natural sources, are necessary.

Irrigate the plant in a limited way. Over irrigation may lead to root rot and change in the leaf colour. Use bonsai lemon pesticides and fertilizers for better growth and healthy blossoms. Keep trimming the leaves and branches for increased air circulation.

Keep monitoring the soil fertility, and change if necessary. Pollination can’t be natural as it is an indoor plant. So use a brush or a swab to pollinate. Gently rub the pollen from one flower onto other for better results.
