Use your Tools Well

Gardening can be made easy using the garden tools like pruners, garden hoe, pitch forks, rakes and spades.

Tip: Even before investing on them understand their use. Clean and preserve the tools after the use for long life.

Divide and grow:

Divide the garden depending upon the type of plant. Division can be on the basis of the life span like the annuals, biennials and Perennials. 

Get Rid of Weeds:

Weed plants are unnecessary growths seen among your desired greens. So try to get rid of them.

Tip: Cut back the weeds by pulling them or by pouring stream of boiling water. Use newspaper or landscape fabrics to prevent them from sprouting.

Clean up and Start a Compost Pile:

Spare time to clean your garden by removing the shredded leaves and twigs. Dig some earth to dump all the organic wastes and start a compost pile.
